Shipping: Please know that once your packages are shipped out, it’s out of our hands. We unfortunately cannot control the speed of which your package will arrive. It's determined by the carrier you choose and the end destination.

**Alot of factors can delay shipments. Before you reach out to us because your package has not shown up within the estimated days, you need to reach out to your local post office/the shipping provider and see if something is delaying it. Also, please allow additional 5 business days.

Insufficient Address - Returned Order

Insufficient Address:

Reshipment Costs:

If a shipment is returned due to an insufficient address, you will be held liable for the reshipment costs. Once the parcel is back in our possession, we will promptly reach out to you to confirm an updated and accurate address. At this point, any applicable reshipment fees will be communicated and shouldered by you.

Our Commitment to Clarity:

Unclaimed:

In the event that a shipment is returned and goes unclaimed for 30 days, it will be donated to charity.

We can certainly check the shipment's status for you. However, if the carrier has marked it as delivered, we are unable to cover refunds due to such carrier errors. In these instances, we recommend considering the following:
